🎙Who are the speakers?

Natalie Truong

Natalie leads the B2B Marketing team at Mercer for Australia & New Zealand and is also the CMO for Asia.

Natalie is responsible for the strategic delivery of marketing capabilities that drive demand generation, revenue growth and client centric partnerships, as well as positioning the Mercer brand prominently across the region.

Natalie has experience across B2C and B2B in a variety of industries including Professional Services, Financial Services, Superannuation and Telecommunications; in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. She has held senior marketing and commercial roles in leading organisations such as ANZ Banking Group, Bank of Melbourne (Westpac), IOOF and CPA Australia.

Mitchell Mackey

A global, commercial marketing executive with a record of delivering for Mercedes-Benz, Ansell and professional services consultancies, Mitchell is committed to marketing earning the right to define and project the customer experience as the primary driver of competitive advantage.

In an era of rapid product and service commoditization, Mitchell is convinced that the customer experience matters now more than ever. Prior to joining Ansell Limited, where he is their Marketing Director, Mitchell enjoyed nine years with Mercedes-Benz in global, regional and national marketing roles. He says the experience, which included four years at headquarters in the southern German city of Stuttgart, was a privilege.

Mark Cameron

Mark has been in the digital strategy and transformation space since the late ‘90s and has worked with companies such as SAP North America, GSK, Australia Post and Telstra. He is currently the CEO of W3.Digital, a consultancy that specialises in enabling and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Mark has worked on a vast array of digital and customer-focused projects including major political elections, global brand strategy, innovation strategy, transformation initiatives, and digital product development.

Shahin Hoda

Shahin is the Founder of xGrowth, an agency helping B2B technology firms build and maintain predictable, revenue-focused growth engines. Shahin and his team work with brands like VicRoads, Byte and Village Roadshow, maximising their marketing efforts with great results.
