The most recent 2022 report from the OAIC (Office of the Australian Information Commissioner) showed that phishing was the top 3 cause of cyber incidents in Australia.
From our experience, most of these attacks are elaborate social engineering traps that lean into distinctive knowledge about your staff’s roles, responsibilities and points of authority.
